• No internet required: Apps are fully functional offline and do not rely on network connectivity.
• No embedded tracking: We do not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising platforms that track or profile users.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We explicitly do not collect or access any of the following:

• Personal information (e.g., name, email address, phone number)
• Device information or identifiers
• Location data
• App usage analytics
• Files, media, contacts, or calendar data

3. No Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not share any data with third parties because no data is collected in the first place.

4. Communications with Platform Providers

While our applications do not transmit any data to us or any third-party services, certain device-level interactions may occur as part of using apps through platforms like Google Play or the Apple App Store. These may include:

• App installation/update processes
• Crash reporting and diagnostics handled by the operating system
• Purchase validation (if applicable)

These interactions are governed by the privacy policies of Google and Apple, and we do not control or access any data involved in such communications. Therefore, Serverless is not responsible for any data collected by the platform providers during those processes.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our apps are designed for general use and are compliant with regulations like the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Since we do not collect any data, we do not knowingly gather information from children under 13 (or equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).
